We want you to love your sleep setup, which is why we offer a 100-night risk-free trial on mattresses and a 30-night trial on most other accessories. If it's not the right fit, we will arrange a full refund and even handle the pickup for large items.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal or contact our support team to start the process within your trial period.

  Prepare the Item

  For smaller items, pack them in any box; for mattresses, there is no need to try and fit them back in the original box.

• 3.
  Schedule a Pickup

  For large items like mattresses and furniture, we will coordinate with a local charity or recycling partner to pick them up from your home.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once the item is picked up or received at our warehouse, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.
